Molchanovs teaching philosophy, including Base Training, mental training, and progressive development
Updated techniques for teaching theory, dry skills, pool sessions, and open-water training
Validation of performance requirements to meet Molchanovs instructor standards
Performance Requirements
Evaluation depends on your crossover level (Wave 2 Instructor or Wave 3 Instructor) and includes:
Static apnea (STA), dynamic disciplines (DNF/DYNB), and open-water depth disciplines (CWTB, FIM, CNF)
Advanced rescue skills and CO₂ dive scenario
Prerequisites
Minimum age: 18 years
Certified freediving instructor with a recognized agency (PADI, SSI, AIDA, RAID, Apnea Total etc.)
Valid First Aid & CPR certificate (issued within the last 2 years)
