Meet the Team
Coach Nikki
A former National Record Holder, Nikki has been coaching freediving around the world since 2013. As a Molchanovs and Apnea Total Instructor Trainer, she brings calm expertise and a deeply personalised approach to every session. She has also been part of safety teams at freediving competitions, adding real-world experience in high-performance and safety-focused environments. With more than 2,500 nautical miles of ocean experience, Nikki guides students to develop confidence, awareness, and a genuine sense of joy beneath the surface.
Coach Lukas
Lukas brings a grounded, technical edge to the team with his background in deep diving and athlete development. Having coached numerous freediving athletes, heโs known for his precision, patience, and ability to fine-tune performance at every level. Whether you're just starting or training for depth, Lukas helps you push limits safely and effectively, always with calm focus and care.
Coach Thomas
With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for teaching, Thomas specializes in breathwork, safety, and freediving fundamentals. His methodical approach and friendly nature make him especially skilled at helping students build solid, confident foundations in the sport.
Yoga Instructor Silvia
Silvia is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with over 15 years of experience guiding students in breath-led movement and deep body awareness. Her traditional, grounding approach complements the freediving journey, helping students cultivate calm, balance, and focus on the mat. Silviaโs classes offer a space to reconnect, reset, and breathe with intention.
