With instructors at your side in the water every step of the way, you’ll build confidence, comfort, and trust in your own natural ability.
This course takes you to depths of up to 20 meters, where you’ll discover a whole new world beneath the waves and a whole new version of yourself.
Course Breakdown:
Day 1 – Discover Freediving:
Your first breath-hold dives, proper technique, equalization, and streamlined movement. You’ll build the basics and start exploring up to 12m depth.

Day 2 – Dive Deeper into Technique and Safety

Safety protocols and rescue skills—essential for any freediver
Pranayamas – yogic breathing exercises tailored for freediving
In the Water:
